Churros y Chocoláte
Seeing as it’s national chocolate day, I have decided to share one of my favourite recipes of churros and chocolate! It’s one of my most requested recipes, after we made hundreds of them at Saffron & Scarlett’s Mexican & Spanish parties. Butternut & Apple Soup
This is one of my favourite go to recipes! Ingredients : 4 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 cups finely chopped onion s2 medium sized butternut squashes (peeled, seeded and chopped) 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and chopped 3 cups chicken stock 1 cup apple juice Salt and Pepper to taste Thin slices of unpeeled granny smith apples for garnish Method: Heat the oil in a pot.
